Curtis and I have been trying to make better food choices with the goal of making a healthier lifetime change instead of just a short-term diet. We have cut back on starchy carbs and are not eating breads, white potatoes, rices, or sweets. In approximately a month, Curtis lost about 25 pounds, and I lost about 8. We have had wonderful meals to include a lot of meat, vegetables, fruits and cheeses. It has actually been very easy - for me it was a matter of not snacking with the kids, or finishing their plates after meals. For Curtis it was a mater of not eating a box of Oatmeal Cream Pies every day, or ice cream every night - now wonder he is so sweet!

that diet is exactly how Ron and I eat! It will be easy to feed you all! I only gained 3.7 lbs on the vacation, so feel really lucky! Love you all!
