Cousins and Crafts

We had a great weekend hanging out with cousins!  Sharon and Ron have been in TX for almost two weeks and have their fifth wheel parked down the road at Bryan and Kristall's!  We have enjoyed them of course, and loved seeing our nephew JD (Janiece and John's almost three year old son from Houston)!  We are really blessed to see Emerson and Sawyer several times a week and just celebrated sweet Emerson's first birthday!!!  Having them all together is nothing short of crazy fun!  We had our neighbor kids over for an hour the other day too, and we had kids ages 1, 2, 3, 4x2, 5, 6, & 7 having a squirt gun fight!  Sharon (the brave soul and wonderful grandmother that she is) had two sleepovers in the RV!  Friday night she had girls night which went off with only one hitch (Morgan falling off the bed).  Saturday night she attempted a boys night sleepover, which turned into a fun movie night!!  I don't have to tell you that I LOVE having family around and have enjoyed family meals and libation!

I went crazy one day with crafts.  My kids all made spiders, and then Curtis got sucked into making a web in the window (hard to see in the picture).  I cut out jack-o-lantern parts so all the cousins could decorate their own.  My kids made ghosts (from paper), and ghosts hanging from the light.  They made big candy corn glow-in-the-dark art displaying in the front windows, and you can see my candy corn flowers!  Tis' the season to be spooky!
