Nothing unusual to report.

We have been busy with everydayness that I have neglecting posting. I don't have much to report. Same ol' thing here, a lot of beach trips, BBQ at the beach with friends, friend over after beach and BBQ, kids having friends over, going to the sprinkler park, the pool - nothing out of the ordinary.

I have been making these grilled sandwiches that my Grandmother Toddy use to make - ham with sauteed green pepper on pumpernickel bread. I have added mozzarella cheese. They are delicious! Although Toddy use to serve them with Funyuns, followed with 1-2-3 butterscotch cookies. We have enjoyed them for a couple of days now!

I have about 8 loads of laundry to fold - how does that happen in one week? The joys of a family of five. You can't see the floor in the girls room (which they cleaned perfectly about four days ago), and there is something in the fridge that smells and I can't find it!

I have had soccer as usual and feeling very old the morning after, Curtis has been wakingboarding the last two Saturday's and is getting better (much improved from two years ago)! He just ordered a new sail for the boat which he is very excited about, and we have our golf cart on craigslist in hopes of getting a four seater instead!

I have also been busy with planning Graydon's "par-ee" - yes a two year old gets a pool party (a very small one)! My Mom is coming and I am very excited about that! When you ask Graydon if he is going to have a birthday party his only response is "cake". If you ask him how old he is going to be on his birthday, he responds "cake". You think the boy likes cake?

I will do a picture download soon which might induce more blogging. For now I have to go tend to laundry and the fridge! I will leave you with a sneak peak of Graydon's invite (although hard to read here), which some of you will receive in the mail today!

Morgan loves to have her hair in a "french fry" aka as a french braid!

Morgan = Can I have an apple, I mean candy?

Schuyler's friend Jade was going to Block Island, RI via Providence and I was telling Jade that is where Schuyler and Morgan were born. Jade said she was born in CT and we talked about how they were both really far away. Schuyler said, "do they speak Spanish there?"
