For my birthday I really wanted to go hiking, so we set off on a dreary Sunday morning. By the time we got down the street it was raining, but still determined we set off to Pedernales Falls State Park. By the time we got within miles of the park it was down pouring. Curtis suggested we head into Austin instead, but darn it, I wanted to go hiking. We stopped and bought umbrellas and ponchos and headed the the park. It stopped raining the whole time we hiked, and started raining as soon as we got back into the truck! It was a great day!
On Monday we went out to dinner to celebrate!!
