Boo Boo and Poo Poo!

My day started by taking four kids (I had Schuyler's friend Gabby all day) and Hershey on the golf cart to the "Adventure" Park. As he frequently does, Hershey excitedly cried and barked the whole way there and jumped off the golf cart before it came to a stop. I saw him stumble and recover, then he proceeded to run and swim for an hour. When he finally settled down, I noticed a 1" x 1/2" boo boo that was alarmingly deep on his wrist, so much so that you could see what looked like his tendon or muscle clearly. It wasn't bleeding to much and he wasn't limping. I tended to the wound, cleaning it and wrapping it throughout the day. I know the Vet would give him a couple of stitches, but we will see how he is doing in the morning. He is now limping pretty good and has been sleeping all day either from exhaustion or pain.

My day ended by watching Graydon entertain himself naked in front of the full length mirror. He was so precious dancing, then stepping to the side and popping back to make sure he was still there. Calling himself "baby" and having a great time! I ran and grabbed the camera, and got about 10 seconds of this silliness before he proceed to poop all over the floor and dance and step in it for the other 4 seconds of the video - meanwhile the girls and I were dying laughing! Yesterday he actually pooped on the potty! Just a nugget, but we were proud nonetheless! So tonight before I got the great video (which I didn't post as not to embarrass my baby), he had taken off his pants and diaper (saying pee pee), tried to go on the potty, and then pooped on the floor in the playroom. There was so much there that I had cleaned up, I thought we were in the safe zone. Schuyler was analyzing the contents and both girls were saying "ew, gross!" I enlightened them with stories of when they did the same thing!

On another note, Curtis bought me one of those child carrier seats that fit on the back of the bike. I hope I am ambitious enough to regularly take Graydon around the neighborhood!
