Golf Caddy?

The kids and I walked about a mile (or more) round trip down to the Point Venture Golf Clubhouse today (a journey in 90 degree weather, with three kids that could be a blog post all in its own). We got a little something for an awesome Dad that we all love, then drove a small basket of balls, and had ice cream.

While Schuyler was impressively driving some balls above my expectations, Graydon was climbing anything he could find and was using all the community water cups enjoying pouring water, drinking water, then throwing the cups away (an embarrassing 15-20 cups by the looks of the trash can). Morgan was trying her best to get her golf grip down, and Graydon just made me laugh when I turned around and saw this sight!
It was a fun adventure and I enjoyed being patient because we had nothing else planned for the day and didn't have to rush anywhere!
The rest of the day was spent making Fathers Day cards, and playing in the pool on the deck. The girls also made their own mail boxes (from cardboard) and were sending each other notes and small gifts.
